Dr. James T. Grubbs House

Dr. James T. Grubbs House Built on River Road in the 1860s, the house is one of Boone County's most notable Italianate dwellings.

The house exhibits delicate cornice brackets; paired, arched windows; and an original entry porch with arched spandrels. Although the walls have been faced with vinyl siding, the house retains its overall integrity.
