Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms may be reserved at each BCPL branch but are subject to general availability and restrictions. To reserve a meeting room, simply complete and submit a Meeting Room Application Form to the branch where your group wishes to meet. You may submit completed applications via mail, fax, or in person, but please submit the form at least one week in advance and no more than two months in advance of the date you need the room.
