Description: In honor of National Falls Prevention Day, free health screenings and education for all adults will be provided by health organizations and companies. Learn about resources available and get tips on how to navigate the health care system for older adults. Take hearing and vision tests while grabbing a healthy snack and entering to win door prizes. Breakout sessions on the legal implications of falls and how diabetes medications can impact falls will also be offered. The Adult Health Clinic is provided by the Safe Aging Coalition of Northern Kentucky. *Health Insurance and photo ID required for vaccinations.

Cara Owsley, a photojournalist for Cincinnati Enquirer who moved to the Cincinnati area after the storm, will tell her story of being in New Orleans before and after Hurricane Katrina.
