      Note: Descendant Bob Robb has an edit: "In the .pdf history book on page 2 there are a couple of errors. ​ The author lists a "Wait Stephens"​ and a "Waite Alemeda"​ when actually these folks' names were Stephen Waite (Wait) and Almeda (Stephens) Waite (Wait). ​ These are my 3rd Great Uncle and Aunt.  Stephen Waite was from Penn Yan, New York who migrated to Kentucky and married into the Stephens family. ​ Almeda Stephens Waite was the daughter of John A. and Frances Stephens the benefactors of the Florence Christian Church. ​ John A.
