 Francisville is a little community located along North Bend Road (SR 237) north of I-275. No one is certain of whom Francisville was named for, but the name appears on the //1883 Atlas of Boone, Kenton and Campbell Counties, Kentucky//. [[sand_run_baptist_church|Sand Run Baptist Church]], which dates to the mid-1800'​s,​ is located within the community, along with it's associated cemetery.
