-Mrs. Riddell was born near [[Waterloo]],​ Boone County, Kentucky June 7, [[1872]]. ​ She was the daughter of William Sebern and Monetta V. Huey.  On June 6, 1900, she was joined in the holy bonds of wedlock to N.E. Riddell, Rev. James A.
