Lewis Webb

Lewis Webb was born July 25, 1793. He and his wife Virginia lived in Boone County, where Lewis worked as a surveyor. His various survey projects included surveying Big Bone Lick for Thomas Carneal in 1830, and helping to demarcate the line between Boone and Kenton counties in 1846.

Webb was originally a member of the Bullittsburg Baptist Church, where he served as a Clerk. He was later among the founding members of Sand Run Baptist Church, which organized in 1819.

Webb died on August 10, 1870.
