Meeting & Study Rooms

General Information

Study Rooms are available for groups of 1-4 people who need a private space to work. These spaces are available on a first come first serve basis.

Meeting Rooms are available for larger groups and require a Boone County Public Library card in good standing and is subject to our Meeting Room Policy.

Additional Considerations

  • Library sponsored events take precedence for meeting rooms.
  • Permission to use Library spaces does not constitute endorsement of a group or its beliefs.
  • Meeting rooms are made available to the public on an equitable basis - regardless of beliefs or affiliations.
  • Marketing material you use to advertise your meeting must include:
    • The phrase "This is not a Boone County Public Library event."
    • "Main Library" as a location (not "Main Branch") if held at the Main Library.
  • Each library location is a smoke-free campus.
